Our experience with Leading Edge Developments was amazing. We were recommended to them by industry peers, and the decision to use them was the best choice we made for the project. The Leading Edge Team was professional, courteous and put our needs as a client first. LED was a part of the process from initial walkthrough and design/conceptualization meetings to construction and grand opening. LED was with us the whole way offering real solutions to design limitations and city permit compliance. We look to future projects with LED where we know that our budget and time lines are respected and strictly adhered to. I have heard that “you can have time sensitive construction that is cost-effective; but not of a high quality” or “quality craftsmanship will cost you time and a lot of money”. In my experience with LED I found neither statement to be true. With LED we received incredible work, on budget and on time. We have found a partner with Leading Edge Developments.

Over the last several years I have worked with Leading Edge Developments on dozens of projects, ranging from simple room projects, to complete restaurant renovations. Leading Edge is very hands on and they get it done. They aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make sure that the job gets done on time and that the smallest details are not overlooked. I think that the most important thing about this company is that they deliver a quality product and they care about their clients.

Working with Leading Edge Developments was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we've made. Casey and his team brought expertise, direction, and efficiency to our restaurant buildout. They managed to be cost effective while preserving our original direction, and helped us avoid common pitfalls along the way. Our project came in on budget, ahead of schedule, and exceeded expectations. LED is now our de facto first call for anything contractor related, and I would recommend it be the first call for others as well.

Leading Edge Developments is the best development talent in the city with an incredible eye for details and an amazing service to back it up. In the course of a development of a commercial spaces there’s always challenges involved and plenty unknown. They don’t pass on the cost or try to hide the issue but they deal with it and deliver on their promises. They have some of the best talent in their arsenal when it comes to customization and a brilliant eye for detail. As for delivering on time they truly are exceptional. In short you can’t go wrong.

We were still working out the details for opening Big Hill Cycle in Cochrane, and we have always loved eating at Main St. Beer and BBQ, Hayden Block, and others. I just so happen to see one of them post on Instagram and tag @ledinc so I looked them up. I looked through their website and I realized many of the places Leading Edge built, we love going to. Seeing how LED brought these projects to life, I sent an email through the website. In the end, we didn’t even have anyone else quote our project. We trusted our instincts and went with LED. LED’s process of our build-out was like clockwork. Timelines were kept. Change Orders went smoothly, with no surprises; everything was thoroughly documented. It ran exactly how they said it was going to run. Casey and Stephen were amazing to work with. Casey brought solutions to the table, through experience and contacts, he was able to bring us options for cost and installation issues. Having a contractor that uses your money as respectfully and efficiently as you would like it to be used, really shows how different things can be. You need to have trust & confidence, and there’s both with LED.  I am very appreciative of the relationships that I was able to build during our Big Hill Cycle project with Leading Edge. The goal is to open more stores, and 100% LED would be the team we would get.

Casey and his team are super awesome. LED was easy to deal with, with strong communication. They bring business sense with care. You know I’m not a construction expert, but they are, and they held our hand throughout the project. The team was right in there, hands-on. Leading Edge is well priced, with thorough reporting. They build trust and the service comes with a personal touch. Absolutely I would work with Casey and his team again.

Leading Edge did a great job on Johnny’s. They made the process super easy and super smooth. What they said they were going to do was what they did. Nothing was overdone, and the project was on time and on budget. LED was great to work with and we would work with them again.
