Hayden Block was a design-build project for Leading Edge Developments. As the lead designer for this Texas style smokehouse and whiskey bar, the 3,000 square foot project was completed in six weeks. To transform the previous pub into a unique and thoughtful new offering in the Kensington area, it included a full demolition, construction of a new commercial kitchen, and an addition to the building to house the large smoker that tempts and tantalizes the taste buds of patrons whilst they enjoy a delicately concocted whiskey sour.
